Tabata Boxing   

There will be 4 boxing bags set up around the facility. In between those bags there will be movements set-up for you to follow. These movements will be set-up in a way where taking the gloves on & off won’t be so cumbersome. You will engage these movements in a clockwise pattern. The following are a list of movements: The work/rest ratio will be 45/20 of:

  • V sit-ups
  • Reverse planks
  • Thrusters
  • Kettlebell swing
  • The freestyle mitt
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Dumbbell renegade rows
