Begin the Grind
Choices of modality between each movement include: 100 m run, 100 revolutions on the jump rope or 50 Dynamic squats (you can do one or all).

Here are the movements, at the start & between each one you will do one of the modalites above:
- 20 Kettlebell high pulls w/Squat Thrust
- 20 Push ups
- 20 Kettlebell swings
- 20 Kettlebell rows (10l/10r)
- 20 Tactical Lunges
- 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 20 Sit ups
- 20 Burpees
Finish with the Burpees.
