NLP Gone Combine Crazy
In this ROD you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a five-minute round after which a one-minute recovery is allowed. This is for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. At the sound of the clock, you must move to the next station immediately and continue with the next movement.

- Barbell Thrusters
