- 40 seconds work /20 second recovery / 1 minute rest between
- 40 second work / 20 second recovery / 45 second rest between
- 30 second work / 15 second recovery / 30 second rest between
- 20 second work / 10 second recovery
Of the following movements:
- Jumping Pull-ups
- Ball Slams
- DB Thrusters
- Box jumps
- Double DB Hang Snatches (DB’s hang from the knees)
- KB Swings
Then run to 202 and back… Done, finito, fin.
