Timed rounds will be as follows:

  1. 40 seconds work /20 second recovery / 1 minute rest between
  2. 40 second work / 20 second recovery / 45 second rest between
  3. 30 second work / 15 second recovery /  30 second rest between
  4. 20 second work / 10 second recovery

Of the following movements:

  • Jumping Pull-ups
  • Ball Slams
  • DB Thrusters
  • Box jumps
  • Double DB Hang Snatches (DB’s hang from the knees)
  • KB Swings

Then run to 202 and back… Done, finito, fin.
