Perform this ladder quickly which starts at 10 reps – 1 rep without any rest for time.

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Squat Thrusts
  • Kettlebell High pulls
  • Half Burpees
End this ROD with a run around the Loop… the key to a challenging workout is to go heavy on the Bell. Using a 12K is not a challenge it’s an embarrassment.
