Perform the following in 20 minutes:
- 400M Run
- 100 Wallball Shots * hit the 10ft mark!
- 75 Box Jumps
- 50 Slam Ball
If you don’t complete this ROD in 20 minutes, you MUST continue until you finish and then perform burpees for every 10 seconds past the 20 minute mark.
