These high-intensity classes are a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of exercises, punches and athletic drills. 3 rounds of:

  • Jumping Pull-ups (chest to bar)
  • BB Power snatch Ground to OH (w/45lbs – m/75lbs)
  • Squat Hop ( Stepper & 4 risers on each side)
  • Walk-outs
  • Burpees

This is a five-minute round. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately.  There will be a one-minute break after all 5 exercises are performed.
