Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  •   100m run (don’t walk or jog)
  •   8 DB Hang Squat Cleans to Push Press (heavy please)
  • 12 T Stab Push-ups
  • 16 Box Jumps
  • 20 Ball Slams
