AMRAP in 15 Minutes of….

7 Hang Squat Cleans (m/75% BW & w/60% BW)

100 Ft. Dumbbell ZIG ZAG Famers Carry/Walk (length of the parking lot).

You can use dumbells, KB’s or Atlas Stones for the farmers carry/walk. GO HEAVY!!

* Accumulate 2 burpee every time the squat cleans or the farmers carry/walks are broken up. Complete penalty reps after the 15 minutes are up.

* REMINDER  – This is an X-TREME class, therefore everyone is expected to comply with the requirements described above.  This is not a class of convenience, if you cannot make the 8 and can’t handle the X-ercises, then this class is not for you.
