The Barbell & Me
This is a 20 second work /10 second recovery for 8 rounds at each station with a 1 minute rest in between.
- Barbell Bent Over Rows
- Barbells Lateral Hops w/Squat Thrusts
- Barbell Thrusters
- Barbell Roll-outs
- Barbell Push-ups
Women will use short bar with 1-10lb plate on each side – Men will use large bar with 2-10lb plates on each side. When performing the bent over rows ensure that spine is straight and pull barbell into abdomen. Push-ups will be done with hands on bar and a chest touch to bar with elbows back.
Get as many reps as possible during the work portion of the Tabata.
