7 rounds of 20 work/10 recovery at each station. Complete all seven rounds at each station before moving on tho the next. Take 40 second rest between each station.
- Knees to Elbows (or the hanging knee ups)
- Reclines
- Dynamic Squats (deep deep deep)
- Plyo Push-ups
- Split Squats (back knee down)
- Plank Climbers
