7 rounds of 20 work/10 recovery at each station. Complete all seven rounds at each station before moving on tho the next. Take 40 second rest between each station.

  • Reclines
  • Dynamic Squats (deep deep deep)
  • Plyo Push-ups
  • Split Squats (back knee down)
  • Plank Climbers
