Single Arm Sensation

This is a timed 45 sec work / 15 sec recovery w 1 min rest between each of 4 rounds

  • Single Arm KB Row (L)
  • Single Arm KB Row (R)
  • Single Arm KB Racked Squat to Rear Lunge (L)
  • Single Arm KB Racked Squat to Rear Lunge (R)
  • Single Arm KB Clean & Press (L) (either from the floor or long cycle)
  • Single Arm KB Clean & Press (R) (either from the floor or long cycle)
In the S/A KB racked squat to rear lunge when squatting with the KB on the right side, rear lunge with the right leg and with the KB on the left side, rear lunge on the left.
