All Saints Come Marching In Three’s
Perform 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
- Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull (m/85 lbs / w/50 lbs)
- Lateral jumps, over green hurdles (one over = 1)
On the Sumo’s make sure your hands are two thumbs distance grip and your feet are out as wide as the weight of the bar. Use the hip snap to explode bar up into the high pull. Elbows up higher than the hands at the top of the movement
When performing the lateral jumps think of the knees pulling into the chest rather than the feet clearing the bar. When done correctly, you would have completed 168 reps. Good Luck.
