Four rounds of intervals that look like this:
- round 1: 45/25
- round 2: 30/20
- round 3: 30/15
- round 4: 20/10
Movements are:
- Reclines
- Barbell Push Press on Racks (make sure rack pegs are facing outside of rack)
- Med Ball Thruster
- Slam ball
- Walkouts
- Kettlebell swings
- Mountain climbers
One minute recovery between rounds
