Doomsday Training

The clock will be set at 20 seconds and will repeat throughout. At the tone of each 20 seconds you will row as fast as possible for said time. You will then stop rowing and move on to the next exercises until you have completed your cycle. Then the next person begins their cycle and so on…

Cycle 1

  • Row 20 seconds
  • 12 Barbell Bent Over Rows
  • 12 Push Presses

Cycle 2

  • Row 20 seconds
  • 12 Barbell Jumping Squats
  • 12 Kettlebell Swings

Cycle 3

  • Row 20 seconds
  • 12 MB Alternating V-Ups
  • 12 Inverted Wide Toe Reaches

When performing the inverted wide toe reaches, lie on your back, feet up in the air, knees locked and shoulder width. Reach right hand cross wise to left toes. l/r= 1 rep.
