Treacherous Triplets

Perform each movement in each triplet for 20 seconds non-stop for 3 rounds with a 40 second rest between each triplet.

  • Kettlebell clean R
  • Kettlebell clean L
  • Mountain climbers

Triplet #2

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Plank climbers
  • Dumbbell Thrusters

Triplet #3

  • Air squats
  • Squat thrust
  • Half Burpees
