Triplet 1:
  • Reclines
  • Ball Slams
  • DB Thrusters

Triplet 2:

  • KB Clean & press (l)
  • Judo Push ups
  • KB Clean & press (r)

Triplet 3:

  • Plank climbers
  • Two handed (from the hang position) DB Snatch
  • Mtn. Climbers
