This is a 30 second work / 20 second recovery for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest after 2 rounds.

  • Dbl KB Bent Over Rows
  • KB Staggered Squats (kb on right rack/right foot 4 inches behind left foot) alternate at ea. round.
  • Sit-outs
  • Sandbag Lateral Lunge Deadlifts
  • DB Curl and Press
  • Push-up w/ Sandbag Pull Throughs
