  • Kettlebell swings
  • Farmers carry
  • Walk-outs

Rest 2 minutes.

Circuit B

30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop

  • Dumbell push press
  • Kettlebell High pull w/ squat thrust
  • Burpees
  • Slam ball
