  • Recline Static Hold
  • KB Goblet Squat hold
  • KB Iron Cross
  • Static Superman (arms 45 degrees back, thumbs up)
  • 1/2 Kneeling Overhead hold w/KB’s
  • Crab Hold

We’ll rest for one minute between rounds.
