21 minute AMRAP –  (Teams of 3) ( AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible)

While one team member performs H&D Burpees for 100ft, the other two team members will  alternate between each execise. 

100ft Hop & Drop Burpees

  • 7 DB Goblet Squats (M/50lbs>- W/35lbs>)
  • 7 DB Push Press (M/35lbs> – W/25>)

* each team will be responsible to track total rounds completed.

** each member of the winning team will have 1 complimentary week added to their membership.
