Two Minute Torture II
Every 2 Mins for 20 Minutes
- 20 Jumping Split Squats (each leg=1)(back knee almost to the ground)
- 10 Box Jumps (let’s jump tall)
- 3 DB/BB Hang Squat Cleans and Split Jerk
The Hang Clean and Jerk is a strength and power lift. In this lift you take the bar from mid-thigh to an overhead position in two separate movements. The Split means a long strong lunge, under the db/bar. Let’s make this a heavy lift women DB = 25#>/ BB, small bar and 10# plates>, Men DB 35#>/ BB Bar w 15#> on either side.
