This is a 60 second work / 30 second recovery for 3 rounds non-stop.

  • Half Burpees
  • Jump Squats (hands behind head)
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Alternating V-ups
  • Alternating Anterior Reach w/ Clap + Overhead Clap (AFAP as fast as possible)
