25 seconds work/25 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 6

Do 25 seconds of work at each movement in each couplet, take 10 seconds rest then move to the next couplet.

  1. Seated Pull-ups/ Burpees
  2. Kettlebell Swings/ Tuck jumps
  3. Kettlebell Sumo High Pulls/ Bear crawls forward and backward w/ KB drag

Complete all three couplets. Take 1 minute rest between. Do 6 rounds.
