Metabolic Strength Thursday (Metabolic Strength Tuesdays EVIL Sister)

  • Push-Ups
  • Reclines
  • Box Jumps
  • Kettlebell Swing

Get maximum reps at each exercise, move with a purpose!

Round 1

•Bumper plate Burpees x 60 seconds 15/25

•Pull-ups x 60 seconds (use bands if needed)

• BB Front Squats x 60 seconds 65/95

• Bench Press x 60 seconds 65/135

In rounds 2-3-4 all above movements will be done at 45 sec, 30 sec, 15 sec… respectively. Each pairing will stay on the same exercise until all 4 rounds have been completed. This routine is non-stop work without rest. Rest between rounds will be  60 sec, 45 sec, 30, 15 sec.
