35 seconds at each exercise . You will take 15 seconds to recover. 5 rounds at each triplet

  • H2H Swings (let go of the kettlebell, at the top, when switching hands)
  • KB Dead-lift Jumps
  • Judo Push-ups

  • DB Thrusters
  • Mountain Climber Sprints
  • DB Renegade Rows

The newest members can modify the H2H with a regular swing but must let go of the KB at the top.
