Dumbbell Trouble 

This is a 40 second work / 20 second recovery for four rounds with a 1 minute rest after each round.

  • DB Goblet Squats
  • DB RDL’s
  • DB Floor Presses
  • DB Hang Clean to Split Jerk

  • DB Row (r)
  • DB Row (l)

Go heavy on the squats and RDL’s and rows. On the other movements pick a challenging weight and go for it.
