One Bell / Two Peeps

One Kettlebell between two people, 20 seconds work / 20 second rest for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest after 2 rounds. The partners will alternate between the  KB exercise and the body-weight exercise.

  • KB H2H Swings / Mtn Climbers
  • KB High Pulls / Evil Jumps (split squats r/l-pause-squat)
  • KB Thrusters (r/l / Push-ups
  • KB Rows (r/l)  / Box Jumps
