Post Christmas Strength Circuit
In teams of 6 or less perform the following 5 exercises for 9, 7 & 5 reps for 4 rounds.
One person per team will act as the spotter on the back squat, this will be the only rest period during the workout. Increase your weight on the back squat as the reps decrease.
- Back squat
- KB swings (go Heavy)
- DB Push-press
Coaches will demonstrate the proper way to spot the back squat.
