Monsterous Kettlebell /Bodyweight Ladder

Complete for Time… or 25 minutes.

~ 1,2,3… 10 of Burpees over Kettlebell (lateral jump w/ clap)

~ 2,4,6… 20 of Kettlebell Goblets

~ 3,6,9… 30 of Kettlebell Swings

Example round 1 = 1 burp over KB then, 2 KB Goblets then, 3 KB swings… round 2 = 2 burps over KB, 4 KB goblets, 6 KB swings and so on… Recommended KB weight = Men 24+ / Women 20+. Let’s see how high the ladder you can reach. Can you get to the top of the ladder?
