The athlete’s 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm classes will resume 

 

10 Rounds for time of:

  • 10 Barbell or KB Deadlifts (it’s gotta be heavy) Men 185 or > & Women 135 or >
  • 10 Lateral Burpees over Bar or KB
