Two Minute Torture III
Every 2 Mins for 20 Minutes
- 3 BarBell Hang Squat Clean and Press
- 10 Ball Slams
- 20 Jumping Split Squats (each leg=1)(back knee almost to the ground)
When performing the split squats make sure your rear knee is down at almost 90 degrees or it’s no good.
