At open gym all members should be reviewing the movements that need work or increase their weight slowly to improve strength gains and functionality. Instructors will be on hand to assist you in improving any of the patterns not familiar. You can also make-up any of the missed ROD’s of that week. Just look back on the vlog’s of the past week, month or year.
