Double Trouble

Work for 2 minutes at each movement after completing both movements, rest for 40 seconds and continue on to the next set. A single KB will be used for this ROD.

  • Double Goblet Squat to KB Swings
  • Double Half Burpee to Stand & Jump

  • Double Row to High Pull (l)
  • Double Row to High Pull (r)

  • Double Clean to Military Press (l)
