  • Alternating Single-arm Deadlifts
  • Rows (switch @ rounds)
  • Cleans (switch @ rounds)
  • Windmills (switch @ rounds)
  • Presses (switch @ rounds)

KB Windmill instruction will be part of the warm-up.
