This is a 25 Minute Ladder. Go as far up/down the ladder in that time. Each complex must be completed by reps consecutively. Instructors will be on hand for details. Reclines must be performed as stated. Men should use no < 16k / Women no < 12k.
- 1 x Swing – Clean – Press (on each side)
1 Burpee / 1 Horizontal Recline
- 2 x Swing – Clean – Press (on each side)
2 Burpees/ 2 Horizontal Reclines
- 3 x Swing – Clean – Press (on each side)
3 Burpees/ 3 Horizontal Reclines… and so on till you reach 10 x’s then work backwards.
