RUN WEEK STARTS TODAY, every ROD this week will include running as long as the weather permits.
Four rounds for time of:
- Run 200 meters (South: 1st speed bump past old gym/North: 1st speed bump)
- 10 Push-ups
- 20 KB Sumo High pull
- 30 KB Goblet squats (same weight as swings)
- 40 Sit-ups
