  • 2 minutes 10 KB Swings = heavy
  • 2 minutes 20 KB Swings = heavier
  • 2 minutes 25 KB Swings = heaviest
  • 2 minutes 20 KB Swings = heavier
  • 2 minutes 10 KB Swings = heavy
