- DB Bent Over Rows (heavy)
- DB RDL’s (heavy)
- DB Chest Presses (heavy)
- DB Seated Overhead Presses (moderate)
- DB Arm Curls (moderate)
- DB Alternating Tricep Kickbacks (change at each round)(moderate)
