Warm-up: 3rds….with 1 light Kettlebell perform the following

  • 10 Halo R
  • 10 Halo L
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 Alternating KB Lunges
  • 10 Push-ups w/ KB Pull Through
  • 5 Laps around Gym

Workout:

21-  18 – 15 –  12 – 9 – 6 – 3

  • Thrusters
  • Pull-ups

Strength Move: (pick a Challenging KB)

Dbl KB Front Squat Ladder

Perform 10 KB FS’s walk to the opposite side of the Gym w/ KB in the rack position. Perform 9 KBFS’s walk to the opposite side of the Gym. Continue this until you perform 1 squat.
