2 Round Warm-up each at 30 seconds

  • Dynamic Squats to Alternating Split Jumps
  • Knee Skip Clap
  • High Knee Kicks (switch@rounds)
  • Push-ups
  • Speed T-Stabs (switch@rounds)
  • Groiners

Unilateral Express

For each move, perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds before immediately moving on to the next exercise. Don’t rest. Once you complete 5 exercises on your right side, switch to your left side and repeat. Rest for 1 minute then repeat for 5 rounds total. Even though it’s HIIT week pick a challenging weight to get that extra metabolic burn.

  • Single-arm Bent-over row
  • Single-arm Overhead press
  • Single-arm Lateral lunge to curl
  • Single-arm Clean to Front squat
  • Single-arm Swing
