- Dynamic Squats to Alternating Split Jumps
- Knee Skip Clap
- High Knee Kicks (switch@rounds)
- Push-ups
- Speed T-Stabs (switch@rounds)
- Groiners
Unilateral Express
For each move, perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds before immediately moving on to the next exercise. Don’t rest. Once you complete 5 exercises on your right side, switch to your left side and repeat. Rest for 1 minute then repeat for 5 rounds total. Even though it’s HIIT week pick a challenging weight to get that extra metabolic burn.

- Single-arm Lateral lunge to curl
- Single-arm Clean to Front squat
- Single-arm Swing
