50m Sprint (parking lot)

 

Workout: Partner Workout

  • 120 Kettlebell Swings
  • 120 Box Jumps
  • 120 Wallball
  • 120 Hand Release Push-ups
  • 120 Squats holding the Dyna-max ball

* One Partner Works, the Other Runs 200m.  The workout is complete when the 2nd Partner returns from the last run.
