- Low Jumping Jacks
- Wide Push-ups
- Groiners w/T-stab
- Walk-outs (keep hands on ground)
Core: 2 Rounds
- 40 Spider-Man Mtn. Climbers
- 60 Second 6” Leg Raise
Workout:
Three rounds of: 30/10 with 40 seconds of rest between rounds, then four more rounds of: 2 0/10 with 1minute rest every two rounds
- Box Jumps
- Hand Release Push-ups
- KB Alt Single Arm Swings
- Slam Ball
- Battle Ropes
- KB Sumo Deadlift High-pull
- Diamond Sit-ups
