Core: 4 Rounds
- 15 Weighted Sit-ups
- 30 Russian Twists (r+l=1)
Workout:
40/20 times workout for 4 rounds with a 1 minute active recovery of light skipping, jump rope or run in place after the 1st & 3rd rounds.

- Push Press w/3 Mississippi hold
- Dbl KB Cleans
