  • Alt Rear Lunges
  • Arm Circles
  • Skips
  • Groiners w/T-Stab
  • Down/Up Dog
  • Hollow-outs

 

Core: 4 Rounds

  • 15 Weighted Sit-ups
  • 30 Russian Twists (r+l=1)

 

Workout:

40/20 times workout for 4 rounds with a 1 minute active recovery of light skipping, jump rope or run in place after the 1st & 3rd rounds.

  • TRX Face Pulls
  • Wall Ball Shots (hit target)
  • Push Press w/3 Mississippi hold
  • Dbl KB Cleans
  • *Atlas Stone Carry
  • Push-ups
