* deep squat, place left hand fingers under left foot then open up with right hand be reach up as high as you can go
Pre-game: 5 minutes
- 25 Second Squat Hold
- 15 Plate Hops
- 5 Plate Snatches
Workout: 4 rds
Perform each movement for 30 seconds without rest. After performing all 6 movements rest 1:30
- Kettlebell Swings
- Mountain Climbers
- Kettlebell High-pulls
