Warm-up:
10 min Mobility aka Get ready for the Workout!

Pre workout
Rd 1 – 10 reps each
Rd 2 – 15 reps each
Rd 3 – 20 reps each

  • Burpee
  • Mountain climbers r+l=1
  • Push-ups

Partner Workout: 5 rounds

  • 300m Run ????
  • 5 deadlifts (BW)
  • 10 DB Thrusters – oh yeah again!
  • 10 KB Goblet Squats
