Warm-up: 2rds

1:30 Jump Rope then 30 seconds of ..,

  • 40 Mtn Climbers
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Perfect Push-ups

 

Pre-game:  Sprint/Jog  around the Loop

Rest for 2 minutes then….

 

Workout:

45 second work / 15 second recovery for 2 rounds resting 1 minute in between.

  • Mountain Climbers
  • DB Thrusters
  • Push-ups
  • Alt. V-ups
  • Sit-outs
  • DB High Pulls
  • DB Renegade Row (no push-up)
  • Ankle Jacks
  • KB Swings
  • KB Cleans (alt sides each rd)
