Warm-up:
Run the Loop then perform each movement for 30 seconds complete 2rds
- Skips
- Seal Jacks
- Mtn Climbers
- Push-up To Toe Tap
- Switches
- Side Plank (Switch side rd 2)
Workout:
6 rounds of 20/10 at each exercise
Complete 6 cycles of each exercise before moving onto the next.
Take 1 minute rest after two rounds.
Go full blast on every round, keeping the reps consistent throughout.
- Fast Box Jumps (use low box)
- DB Snatch (alt r/l)
- Battling Rope
- Reclines
- Fast Russian Twist
- Wall Ball
