  • 5 Push-ups w/ T-Stab

1:30 min Jump Rope

 

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

-Back Squats:

  • 2 warm-up sets
  • 3 sets of 5 reps
  • 1 set of 5/3/1 reps

-BB Alt. Rear Lunges/Romanian Deadlift

  • 3 sets of 10 reps

 

Finisher: 4rds 25/10 Non-stop (Circuit Style)

  • Switches
  • KB Swings
  • DB Alt. Forward Lunges
  • DB Snatch (switch sides each rd)
