Warm-up: 2rds
- 2 Minute Jump Rope
- 2 Minute (20/20/20- 2rds) Medball Center, Left & Right Chop
- 2 Minute (20/20/20 2rds) Arm Circles, Bent Over Arm Raises(thumb’s up) & Bent Over Arm Raises (pinky’s up)
- 2 minute (20/20/20 2rds) Switches, V-ups & Muffin Tops
Pre-game: 8 minutes
600m Run, followed by an AMRAP in the remaining time:
- 15 Air Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 5 Pull-ups
Workout: 30/15 – 4rds w/ 1 minutes rest between rds
- Squat Jumps
- Renegade Rows w/ Push Ups
- Goblet Squats
- Single Arm Press
- Kettlebell Swings
