Warm-up: 2rds

  • 2 Minute Jump Rope
  • 2 Minute (20/20/20- 2rds) Medball Center, Left & Right Chop
  • 2 Minute (20/20/20 2rds) Arm Circles, Bent Over Arm Raises(thumb’s up) & Bent Over Arm Raises (pinky’s up)
  • 2 minute (20/20/20 2rds) Switches,     V-ups & Muffin Tops

 

Pre-game: 8 minutes

600m Run, followed by an AMRAP in the remaining time:

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Pull-ups

 

Workout: 30/15 – 4rds w/ 1 minutes rest between rds

  • Squat Jumps
  • Renegade Rows w/ Push Ups
  • Goblet Squats
  • Single Arm Press
  • Kettlebell Swings
